Job summary

ALDO Group in California is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an engaging in-store experience. You’ll bring energy, style, and customer-first attitude to help shoppers find their fit.

You’ll support visual merchandising, restocking, and daily operations while adhering to store policies on payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is required; benefits include employee discounts and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or service industry.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy floor days.

Responsibilities

• Hit sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets.
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Follow all policies and procedures (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks.
