• Calculate insurance co-pays based on eligibility.
• Enter spectacle orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Receive spectacle orders, verify, notify patients, and schedule dispensing.
• Follow up with patients on adapting to eyewear and prescribed contacts.
• Perform spectacle adjustments and repairs.
• Educate patients on eyewear care.
• Maintain displays and inventory of optical merchandise.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to other departments.
• Perform other duties as directed by the doctor and leadership.
