• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking and price markdowns.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, and support productivity.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up using the 2-2-2 method and Nordy Club enrollment.
