Fashion Scholarship Fund in Dallas, TX, is offering a 10-week Design Intern position in our RAA-inspired design division. You will work on-site, assisting design and merchandising teams, with a mentor guiding your group project and cross-functional collaboration across locations.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, exposure to seasonal concepts, and building tech packs while engaging with overseas vendors. Bachelor's-level students in fashion-related fields are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Fashion design/merchandising majors a plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday.
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship (10 weeks).
• Thrives in collaborative settings with cross-functional alignment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the design team in creating designs that fit into seasonal concepts and brand visions.
• Collaborate with merchants to build assortments and react to fashion trends.
• Provide technical details to overseas vendors for sample development.
• Produce sketches and may make seasonal presentations of proposed designs.
• Create and manage tech packs through PLM software and communicate with overseas vendors on sample development.
