Job summary

Rent the Runway is hiring a Copywriter to join the Design Team and help shape the language across email, site, and campaigns. You’ll partner with product and brand designers to produce compelling, on-brand copy for multiple channels while maintaining consistency with our established tone.

You’ll need 3+ years in brand copywriting, a portfolio of strategic work, and comfort with feedback in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Figma and an interest in fashion trends will help you excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in brand copywriting roles in-house or agency side.
• Experience producing work for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
• Ability to adapt writing to fit different channels and audiences.
• Portfolio showing writing style and strategic thinking across deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Fashion, Merchandising, Styling, Growth and internal teams to align copy output with business goals.
• Write evergreen emails with styles, designers, trends and cultural moments.
• Create promotional copy for major sale events across channels and keep creative fresh.
• Craft copy for paid channels with design team for conversion-driven ads.
• Contribute to tone of voice guidelines and maintain consistency across outputs.
• Partner with product designers on site placements and future projects.
