Job summary

Clothes Circuit in Dallas seeks a detail-oriented Luxury Consignment Intake Specialist to evaluate and intake designer items, and clearly communicate consignment contract terms to clients in a fast-paced, luxury resale environment.

You will authenticate items, document in inventory systems, and provide a professional, high-touch customer experience while staying current on luxury brands and market trends to drive consignor relations and inventory growth.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Luxury Consignment Intake Specialist to evaluate and intake designer items while clearly communicating consignment contract terms to clients. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a fast-paced luxury resale environment.

Responsibilities:

• Explain and review consignment contract terms with consignors
• Evaluate and authenticate luxury designer items for resale
• Determine item acceptance based on company guidelines, inventory, and sales
• Accurately document items and contracts in inventory systems
• Provide a professional, high-touch customer experience
• Stay current on luxury brands and resale market trends
• Meet the aggressive monthly intake goals for the store while maintaining focus on the premier luxury product.
• Constantly prospect and develop new relationships and connections in order to drive business. These include Stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
• Leverage your existing contacts, relationships, and network to drive business and generate consignment, while maintaining strong relationships with our current consignor base.
• Preparing inventory items for sale; to include but not limited to the ticketing of inventory, preparation of garments and accessories for the floor, the pricing of luxury goods, and movement of inventory
• Manage the luxury item authentication process with our third party partner.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires standing for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
