Job summary

Uptown Cheapskate Ellicott City is seeking a strong store manager to take ownership of store operations, team leadership, and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will evaluate inventory, price items with our proprietary buying software, run regular markdowns, coach a 4–7 person team per shift, and drive sales with passion while upholding the brand’s sustainability and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong inventory control and pricing skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
