Job summary

Garage & Dynamite stores in Utah's Orem are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and drive sales and a positive customer experience on the sales floor and online.

You will assist with inventory management, shipment processing, floor replenishment and eCommerce fulfillment while upholding brand and merchandising standards, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail preferred
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in a changing environment
• Ability to foster participation, creativity and learning
• Build partnerships and promote collaboration
• Social media, mobile device skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office/Open-Office
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and provide leadership to a high-performing team
• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer
• Drive sales, traffic on sales floor and via digital platforms
• Contribute to inventory management and shipment processing
• Support eCommerce order fulfillment and merchandising standards
• Help manage inventory and maintain brand presentation
