Responsibilities

Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and participate in inventory counts.
Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, contribute to a positive team environment.
Be flexible to work varied hours to meet business needs.
