Job summary

Landmark Implement, Inc. is seeking a Field Technology Specialist to support the Dealership and customers on John Deere FarmSight products. You will train customers and staff, optimize product usage, and assist in servicing equipment with AMS/DTAC and JD Link solutions.

This role requires strong communication and travel to various sites in the region. Experience in agriculture, a bachelor-level education, and the ability to lead and train others are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or related field is preferred.
• Ability to lead and work with others in a dealership environment.
• Strong communication and training skills for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and service training to customers and dealership staff.
• Field customer calls and drive resolution via various methods.
• Perform on-site repairs and software updates for technology-related equipment.
• Train sales and service teams on tools, operations, and demonstrations.
