Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a licensed, high-performing insurance sales producer to join our team. You will sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to new and existing clients, manage your own pipeline, and close high-value policies.

You will be guaranteed 10+ warm leads per day and have the flexibility to broker business outside of Farmers to meet client pricing needs, with strong growth potential into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license or Life & Health license.
• Proven track record producing $50K+ monthly premiums.
• Minimum 3–5 years of high-level insurance sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working fully remote with virtual meetings and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty, Life, and Business Insurance.
• Manage, grow, and convert your personal sales pipeline.
• Close high-value insurance policies and meet premium goals ($50K+/month).
• Maintain client relationships and retention.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and sales performance.
• Participate in remote training and ongoing development programs.
• Broker business outside of Farmers when needed to meet client needs.
