Job summary

Marroquin Farmers Agency is seeking driven licensed Property & Casualty Agents to join a top-performing nationwide team. You’ll work with exclusive, high-intent leads to close sales across auto, home, commercial, life, and specialty lines.

You will build long-term client relationships, manage quotes, policies, and renewals using our CRM and agency systems. A base pay plus uncapped commissions offers significant earning potential, with training and licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required (we’ll assist in additional states).
• At least 2 years of solid sales experience in P&C insurance.
• Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and close deals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with CRM usage.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
