Job summary

District 30 is seeking motivated insurance sales professionals in Illinois who want to grow with a leading team. You will learn, lead, and develop through structured coaching and ongoing support from an experienced District 30 team committed to your career growth.

You’ll access training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn through commissions and performance incentives while serving clients with auto, home, life, health, Medicare, and financial services solutions.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing classes provided)
• Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses preferred, but not required (licensing assistance available)
