The Juris Agency in San Francisco seeks an Agency Manager to lead and grow a dynamic insurance team across auto, home, life, and commercial lines. You will guide recruiting, coaching, and client success while partnering with district leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management.
• Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health licenses.
• Proven track record of sales and management success.

The Opportunity:

• Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
