Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license.
• Active Michigan Life & Health license.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort using agency management software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex details clearly.
• Genuine interest in helping neighbors protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs.
• Design personalized insurance solutions that offer peace of mind for families and businesses.
• Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity when they need support the most.
• Proactively reach out to members of the Zeeland community to grow our agency's impact.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets industry standards.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to refine our local outreach and customer service strategies.
