Job Description
This is a job as a farm hand on a Central Indiana grain farm. It would involve driving a semi for grain hauling and chemical tending purposes (no CDL required for farm trucking). Equipment operation includes driving a tractor, sprayer, bulldozer, and backhoe. Winter work consists of drainage tile installation. Summer work is field spraying and general property and equipment maintenance.
Some experience in operating a self-propelled sprayer or experience in driving a semi is preferred. Skills in working on equipment, mechanical knowledge, and know-how are advantageous. If you have experience or have attended an Ag mechanic school, please let us know. A willingness to learn and do new things is a must.
