Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company for the sale of machinery to walk-in customers.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment.
• Follows a defined sales process and works toward closing.
• Maintains customer information for sales management.
• Assists with showroom displays and merchandising.
• Processes in-store orders and coordinates pickup/delivery.
• Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy and parts ordering.
• Provides excellent customer service to service department and phone customers.
