Job Summary
The Farm Technician will report to the KSU Aquaculture Farm Manager and will serve as a support person for the Aquaculture Program/Research Center, in the college of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources. This position will assist in maintaining Aquaculture Research Center activities such as mowing, general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, light electrical work, harvesting, and assisting in the care of animals. Duties also include fertilizing, grounds keeping, and aquatic pesticide and herbicide application. Some weekend work will be required on an as needed basis.
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Other related duties as assigned.
