Job summary

Vital Farms is seeking a Farm Support Coordinator to oversee farm activities, coach farmers, and ensure adherence to industry standards. The role requires travel to multiple farms and close collaboration with our Farmer Support team to share best practices.

You will contribute to our mission of ethically sourced, nutritious food within a fast‑paced, remote environment, with competitive pay and benefits offered to crew members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Travel daily/overnight to farms as needed; ability to coordinate with multiple farms.
• Ability to analyze data and drive action.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data handling.
• Commitment to ethically produced food and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee farm activities and coach farmers and crew members.
• Ensure adherence to animal welfare standards and industry guidelines.
• Collaborate with Farmers to address consumption issues and other challenges.
• Travel to different farms as necessary to support farmers.
• Use performance data to guide best practices and improvements.
