Job summary

EverGRO in Orange, VA is seeking a Farm Store Associate (Warehouse) to join our part-time team. You will provide friendly customer service, handle checkouts, and help keep the showroom clean and well merchandised.

The role may involve cross-training for warehouse duties, assisting with deliveries, and supporting store events. Flexible scheduling and an environment rooted in community values are offered.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement or years of professional experience.
• Prefer six (6) months of experience in a retail environment providing customer service & operating POS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with friendly & efficient service.
• Process checkout, exchange and return transactions using POS equipment.
• Help maintain the professional and clean appearance of the store showroom.
• Promote and set up for store events, display modules, and more.
• Cross-train to support warehouse responsibilities, helping load & unload deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members on various responsibilities.
• Fill propane cylinders.
• Stock and replenish merchandise, assist with inventory responsibilities.
• Work 15-20+ hours per week depending on store needs.
