Job summary

Farmers Coop Society is seeking a proactive Farm Services & Operations Manager in Sioux Center, IA. The role oversees the Farm Service Repair team and supports Hog Store operations, including designing and estimating new hog buildings and equipment needs for customers.

You will order Hog Store items, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with marketing of the Hog service team and products, while exploring new products to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college credit preferred.
• Background in retail sales and/or management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Farm Service Repair team and Hog Store operations.
• Assist in designing and estimating new hog buildings and equipment needs for customers.
• Order Hog Store items from approved vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist with marketing of the Hog service team and products.
• Investigate new products and places to purchase products efficiently.
• Weekly team meetings with Hog Service Team.
• Other duties as assigned.
