Job summary

Hidden-Valley-Orchards is seeking seasonal Farm Operations & Hospitality Leads to supervise outdoor guest areas and lead a team. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and a memorable guest experience while coaching staff across shifts.

Responsibilities include day-to-day leadership of attractions, training new team members, resolving guest concerns with hospitality at the forefront, and maintaining smooth guest flow during peak times.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a guest-focused setting.
• Ability to coach and supervise seasonal staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of play yards, attractions, and guest areas.
• Coach and support team members across shifts.
• Conduct opening/mid-day/closing checks for safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce SOPs, safety guidelines, and policies.
• Assist training of new team members with hands-on coaching.
• Deliver guest-first service and lead by example.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Monitor guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Ensure attractions run safely and efficiently with great service.
