Job summary

U.S. Sugar is seeking a motivated Farm Coordinator to support Sugarcane Operations. The role requires data entry accuracy, payroll coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across payroll, production, maintenance, and inventory systems.

This exempt, full-time position reports to the Area Manager and supports multiple farm locations as needed. The individual will manage orders, track labor hours, enter data in SAP, and help maintain operational reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, payroll, or operations (1–5 years).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage production and maintenance orders with accurate labor/material details.
• Enter data in SAP and other systems for production and field data.
• Handle payroll/timekeeping data, hours, overtime, and absences.
• Prepare operational and payroll reports and track vacation schedules.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of new employees and schedule daily work.
• Maintain safety training records and ensure compliance with policies.
