Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of full-time farm property maintenance experience.
• Experience with farm buildings, livestock facilities and grounds.
• Driver’s license (Class B) required.
• OSHA 10 Agriculture certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain farm buildings, barns, and livestock facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on ventilation, irrigation, and gate systems.
• Repair and upgrade farm structures and related equipment.
• Operate tractors and other farm machinery; conduct routine oil changes and winterization.
• Keep log of work orders and coordinate with Site Administrator.
• Assist in hay production and crop support.
• Work evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.
