Job summary

Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking a Farm Management Intern to support the management of fresh citrus production and farming operations. The role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with internships typically lasting three months and potential extension based on a 90-day evaluation.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in Agriculture Business or related majors, possess a clean driving record, and are comfortable using Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Clean driving record required.
• Follow Fleet Safety Program and Policies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understand quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Able to communicate information in writing.
• Able to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong.

Responsibilities

• Understand plant agronomy and farming operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Maintain knowledge of soils, water, fertilizers, and tree health.
• Be organized and hands-on with tasks.
• Operate and understand farm equipment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.
• Utilize Word, Excel, and Outlook in daily tasks.
