Qualifications

• Student enrolled in Agriculture Business or related degree.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Able to follow Fleet Safety Program and policies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Good written communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of citrus production lines or farming operations.
• Coordinate with team members and maintain communication.
• Monitor plant health, soils, water, and fertilizers basics.
• Stay organized and operate farm equipment safely.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation
