Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrative, operations, or business management roles with supervisory experience.
• Experience with the CSA model and farm operations.
• Interest in sustainable agriculture and local food systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts including grant writing and budgeting.
• Manage payroll, onboarding, benefits, and HR documentation.
• Oversee CSA management, home delivery coordination, and customer service.
• Lead marketing/outreach, newsletters, website content, and promotions.
• Coordinate community engagement and events with farm stakeholders.
• Support operations such as packing, deliveries, and facility maintenance as needed.
