Job summary

We're looking for an exceptional leader to oversee one of our animal production operations. This role is about much more than managing day-to-day activities, it's about building a culture of accountability, developing people, solving problems, and leading a team that consistently delivers outstanding results.

The successful candidate is an experienced people leader who thrives in a hands‑on environment, develops others, and creates a culture where safety, animal care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are part of everything the team does.

As the Farm Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the operation through your people.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a culture of trust, accountability, and respect.
