Job summary

Kreher Family Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the health and well-being of our hens by maintaining electrical and mechanical systems around the farm, including plumbing, heating, and cooling, to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a full-time position, about 40+ hours per week, starting around 7:00 AM, mainly Monday–Friday with weekend rotation; overtime may be required.

Applicants should have hands-on repair experience, be able to work indoors and outdoors, and

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of plumbing, heating, A/C, and general building repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and replace electrical and mechanical systems around the farm.
• Perform work both inside barns and outside on farm grounds; follow safety procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation and use technology to track progress.
