A Farm Family Territory Leader is responsible for driving profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. The role involves engaging in sales, service, and risk management activities to achieve profitability and growth goals, while providing technical and procedural advice to appointed distribution partners. The leader will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines of business insurance through select distribution partners, driving profit and premium to meet financial objectives. The role also partners with the Annuity Distribution team to achieve annuity production targets within the territory and works with the Regional Field Executive to recommend product, pricing, and marketing plans, serving as the liaison for distribution partner experience.
The position is physically comfortable in a normal office environment with acceptable lighting and temperature; the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc. The role requires wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Ability for work‑related travel up to 40% of the time.
Salary range: $96,186 – $144,000.
