Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs, construction, and infrastructure maintenance including fencing, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate routine upkeep to ensure grounds, barns, kennels, paddocks, and staff areas are safe, clean, and operational.
• Lead small to mid-sized construction and renovation projects; source and supervise contractors.
• Conduct daily job briefings and maintain OSHA-aligned safety practices.
• Track lifespan of tools, systems, and structures; propose replacement or repair strategies.
• Work with leadership and animal care teams to minimize project disruption.
• Maintain logs of work performed, material usage, contractor activity, and maintenance schedules.
