Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field, preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, standing, and duration of tasks.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of repair methods for machinery, engines and related equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Valid Driver's License with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs for skill development.
• Completes all job notes and digital timecard entries and tracks materials used.
• Maintains clean, organized work area and tools.
• Promotes and sells service department to customers and parts.
• Adheres to safety procedures and works safely.
