Job summary

Heritage Tractor is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural and turf equipment. You will work to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while following established procedures and documenting work performed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing systems, maintaining tools and inventory, and communicating with team members. A valid driver's license and applicable certifications support success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in diesel technology, agricultural equipment technology, mechanical technology, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in equipment maintenance or repair.
• Ability to follow technical manuals and established procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ag/turf equipment.
• Experience with diagnostic software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on agricultural and turf equipment.
• Diagnose and repair precision technology products and related systems.
• Follow manufacturer manuals, dealership procedures, and service standards.
• Complete required service documentation and work orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain tools, service equipment, vehicles, and inventory in proper condition.
