Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field.
• Ability to meet physical demands (sitting, standing, lifting, and related exertions).
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs for skill development.
• Completes job notes with work assignments and timecard entries.
• Maintains tools, equipment and a clean work area.
• Promotes service department to customers and increases sales.
