Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on farm equipment at the Clewiston, FL location. The role is full-time, onsite, and non-exempt, reporting to the Farm Shop Manager.

You will service tractors, harvesters, irrigation pumps, and support the shop with maintenance records and safety compliance. Prior diesel or ag equipment experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of equipment maintenance or diesel service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment.
• Oil and filter changes and lubrication.
• Inspect tractors, harvesters, and irrigation pumps.
