Job summary

Wilson Farm, Inc. in Litchfield, NH seeks a full-time, year-round crew member for our 550-acre diversified vegetable and small fruit operation.

Responsibilities include cultivation, mechanical harvesting, irrigation setup, and equipment maintenance, with occasional supervision of crew during planting or harvesting. You should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort with farm equipment; a NH pesticide license may be required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Previous agricultural experience preferred, but training may be provided.
• Comfortable working with and around farm equipment.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain NH Pesticide license within 6 months of hire.
• Valid US driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate crops, perform mechanical harvesting, spray, and mowing.
• Set up irrigation (drip and overhead) and manage water delivery.
• Maintain farm equipment and perform routine upkeep.
