You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with location staff to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable for daily use.

The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work across mixed fleets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of verifiable experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance, preferably in agricultural or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of repair methods, tools, and materials.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues across mixed fleets.
• Ability to read, interpret, communicate, and apply information from manuals, safety guidelines, and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Repair pickups, trucks, tractors, loaders, feed trucks, and other agricultural equipment
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on fleet vehicles and farm machinery
• Maintain Maintenance Records and audit daily equipment logs
• Manage Inventory of tools, parts, lubricants, and shop supplies
• Support shop safety, cleanliness, and livestock‑area biosecurity standards
• Participate and work collaboratively with other employees at the location
