Job summary
ILS Farms in Great Bend, KS is seeking an experienced mechanic to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, heavy equipment, and irrigation power sources to keep daily operations efficient.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 0–3 months related experience or training.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues and repair vehicles and equipment.
- Rebuild and maintain engines, systems, and related components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, heavy equipment, and irrigation power sources.
- Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and daily inspection reports.
- Audit maintenance records for rolling stock and equipment.
