Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
• Clean and lubricate parts.
• Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, milling and woodworking machines, lathes, welding equipment, grinders, or saws.
• Fabricate new metal parts, using drill presses, engine lathes, and other machine tools.
• No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
• Experience wanted: 3 months
• Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Extensive pushing and pulling is required.
• Frequent stooping is required.
• Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
• Workers must be able to speak English.
• Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Certain roles may require a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
• Exceptional performance may be rewarded with additional compensation or benefits at the employers discretion.
