The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance experience, supervisory exposure, and strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of maintenance experience or advanced education in electrical, mechanical.
• 1 year of direct supervisory experience requiring knowledge of refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic equipment and systems.
• Experience in at least two of: mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation.
• Ability to problem-solve with limited direction; strong planning, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance of equipment and repairs.
• Oversee facility and utility maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise external contractors to ensure adherence to plans and specs.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance procedures.
• Track performance of maintenance staff and document results.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
