Job summary

Inter-Faith Food Shuttle in North Carolina seeks a Farm Equipment and Facilities Coordinator II to implement and help design the farm's equipment, infrastructure, and grounds maintenance program. You will ensure tools, machinery, and facilities meet standards and support production goals, with hands-on maintenance and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in agriculture technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of successful farm and/or mechanic experience.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement the equipment, infrastructure, and grounds maintenance program to support production goals.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs and manage maintenance planning and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with the Director of Agriculture and Farm Manager on vendor and repair activities; travel as needed.
