Farmland Hardware in Iowa seeks a Farm & Contractor Sales Associate to help customers at the counter, operate the POS, learn products, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store.

The role focuses on assisting contractors, farmers, and owner-builders with product selection, providing friendly service, and supporting the team. Part-time, about 25–30 hours weekly, every other Saturday, Sundays off; compensation $16–$20 per hour with a performance bonus and training opportunities.

• Supporting the rest of the Farmland Hardware team as needed

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Approximately 25–30 hours per week
• Every other Saturday required
• No Sundays

Hardware, construction, farming, or retail experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, honest, and ready to learn.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
