Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on a vegetable production farm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apprenticeship program onboarding and scheduling.
• Coordinate with farm managers and topic facilitators for curriculum and topics.
• Arrange travel, lodging, and registration for tours and conferences.
• Provide regular evaluations and feedback to apprentices and mentors.
• Lead quarterly performance reviews and monthly mentor meetings.
