Woodstream Corporation in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Associate National Account Manager, Farm & Ag, to own the national account relationship and drive revenue and gross margin. You will lead joint business planning, negotiate pricing and promotions, manage trade spend, and coordinate merchandising with Marketing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow the Farm & Ag channel.

Required: bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years in sales or account management; strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3–7 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer products.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue and gross margin for designated national accounts.
• Lead annual joint business plans, line reviews, and promotional calendars with customers.
• Manage trade spend, deductions, and claims with customers.
• Ensure merchandising and display programs are executed with Marketing.
• Collaborate across functions to forecast and schedule customer agreements and pricing.
