Job summary

Red River Human Services Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to join our Day Habilitation/Day Support Program in Fargo, ND. You will support individuals with disabilities to participate in daily living activities and community activities, while promoting independence and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares when needed, attending staff meetings, and communicating effectively with the team.

We are currently seeking a team member to fill our Part-Time Direct Support Professional position in our Day Habilitation/Day Support Program:

Applicant's Must:

• Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF
• Motivated to teach
• Be dependable and reliable
• Assist people with disabilities to be independent in their activities of daily living
• Attend staff meetings
• Be able to effectively communicate with team members
• Have a positive attitude and be self-directed

Applicants should be

• Comfortable assisting with personal cares
• Possible behaviors (therapeutic intervention training provided)AND
• Should enjoy participating in community activities

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Great starting wage of $18.00/hour or more DOE!
