Job summary

Red River Human Services Foundation is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional for our Day Hab program. You will support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, while fostering independence and community involvement.

Primary hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with on-call rotation. Competitive benefits package and starting wage of $18.00/hour or more DOE. Join a collaborative team dedicated to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive (18 years old & valid driver's license).
• Positive attitude and self-directed.
• Dependable and reliable in a team environment.
• Involves people with developmental disabilities in community life.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods; effective team communication.
• Comfortable with potential behaviors; therapeutic intervention training provided.
