BoxLunch in Jenks, OK is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an amazing, fandom-driven shopping experience. You’ll share your pop culture knowledge, help customers locate products, stock shelves, and keep the store visually appealing.

You’ll process transactions at the register, assist with curbside/BOPIS options, participate in planogram changes, and team up with colleagues to maintain a friendly, theft-free environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Passion for philanthropy & all things pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• Retail basics: able to navigate store, merchandise product, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register and process sales transactions while driving add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent spell theft and maintain store security with store management.
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Promote Team Spirit by collaborating with colleagues to get the job done.
• Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.
