Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.

• Strong customer service and selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and restock as needed.
• Operate the register and drive add‑on sales using available options like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with store leadership to prevent theft and maintain security.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Team player who helps the store run smoothly.
