Job summary

BoxLunch in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to help deliver an outstanding in-store experience for fans of pop culture. You'll share fandom knowledge, process sales, stock shelves, and keep the store visually inviting while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll collaborate with the team to maintain planograms, support curbside and BOPIS where available, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere that helps fans find and purchase the merch they love.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Maintain sales floor visual standards and organize per planograms.
• Process sales and drive add-on sales using features like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and safeguard the store environment.
• Keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Support teamwork and other duties as assigned by Store Leader.
