Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic in Wisconsin is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an engaging in-store experience for music and pop culture fans. You will share fandom knowledge, assist customers, stock and merchandise the store to create a visually appealing environment.

You will ring up purchases, drive add-on sales, and help with planograms and store layout. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and knowledge of current trends. Candidates must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Able to work with a team and communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and process sales with upsell opportunities (BOPIS/curbside where available).
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate trend info to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team to complete assigned tasks.
